This kiln was fired during a festival held in Bideford, North Devon. Potter Tim Gent was in charge of the three day firing which took place in an up draught bottle kiln housed in the public park in Bideford town centre. The kiln had three fireboxes situated at regular intervals around the kiln. As the kiln was built in a public park it complied with all the relevant building regulations and even included a damp proof course! | ||
